Hunger Chopped - Friends Feeding Families

Ways to help end hunger in your community

Host a Brown Bag party in your home or work
Invite your friends to support our food pantries by bringing a bag of groceries. We’ll provide you with brown bags, facts sheets, and a speaker if you’d like. Call Will Southall at 781-380-4778  or via email

Fill a Brown Bag with groceries
Fill a bag with non-perishable foods from our list and we’ll make sure it is given to a neighbor in need.

Buy a grocery store gift card
At Catholic Charities’ offices without food pantries, we help clients in need by distributing gift cards. Your $15, $20 or $25 gift card goes a long way in  an emergency.
