Brigid’s Crossing of Catholic Charities, a residential program for teen mothers and their children in Lowell, seeks a qualified individual to join their staff in assisting, supervising, and instructing residents in parenting and activities of daily living. Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of residents in the Teen Living Program; transporting residents to various locations; enforce program rules and regulations; act as an advocate for those residents assigned to you; supervise all meal preparations done by residents and insure that all children are fed a nutritious meal at designated times; and participate in monthly staff meetings, bi-weekly supervision with Clinical Supervisor, and complete 12 hours of training per year.
Qualifications include having a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or must have three years experience working with adolescents; CPR and First Aid Training; Bilingual, bi-cultural, Spanish-speaking, Khmer preferred; and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required.
