The Catholic Charitable Bureau of the Archdiocese of Boston is seeking a full-time Stabilization Case Manager for the St. Ambrose Family Shelter and the Nazareth Residence located in Dorchester and Roxbury, to join its team of dedicated professionals.

The Stabilization Advocate is responsible for the oversight, planning and implementation of the shelter stabilization program for both programs.  The Stabilization Case Manager will maintain and expand current relationships with landlords, management companies and public housing departments to ensure that other housing opportunities are accessible to Catholic Charities shelter services.  The Case Manager will address all the guidelines set regarding the stabilization rehousing plan set by the funder (DHCD).  The Stabilization Case Manager will also serve as the ETO/ASSIST reporting manager for both programs and work with the Director as we continue to expand out outreach program.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree..
Experience working in social services preferred       
Competent Internet and computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook is required. 
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail required. 
Must be able to push, pull, bend and lift up to 25 pounds.
A valid driver’s license required.
