Graduation Day for NA/HHA

Graduation is a ceremony that is typically associated with caps and gowns, diplomas and tassles. At Catholic Charities Labouré Center, today's graduation featured a different ensemble: bright blue scrubs. Hardworking students graduated today from the Nursing Assistant & Home Health Aide (NA/HHA) program. This program, available as day or nighttime sessions at both the Labouré Center in South Boston and Catholic Charities South in Brockton, equips students with the skills they need to pass the American Red Cross exam. For some students, becoming a NA or HHA will bring them into a career that will help them provide for their families. Others are college students, looking to continue their education to become registered nurses, licensed nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, and even doctors. Whatever the career goal may be, NA/HHA students work hard during their time with Catholic Charities, and their pride on graduation day is incredibly well-deserved. Congratulations to today's graduates!
