Community Interpreter Services
Requests
New to our interpreter and translation services:
- Please call 617-464-8100 or e-mail cis_request@ccab.org.
- We will gladly send you our information packet along with the client agreement and blank request forms.
- Read and sign the client agreement and fax it to 617-464-8151.
- After we have received the signed client agreement, you may send us the Interpreter Request Form or Written Translation Request Form at 617-464-8151 or cis_request@ccab.org.
Oral Interpretation
- Fee – Hourly rate
- Please complete the Interpreter Request Form with the appropriate information. Download the Oral Interpretation Request Form.
- Fax it to 617-464-8151 or e-mail cis_request@ccab.org.
- Once your request has been received, we will assign it to one of our interpreters.
- The assigned interpreter will contact you directly to confirm the appointment date, time, and location as needed.
- We will contact you should we be unable to fill your request.
Written Translation
- Fee – Varies by document based on word count, document type, and language, complexity, and deadline.
- Please complete the Written Translation Request Form with the appropriate information. Download the Written Translation Request Form.
- Fax it to 617-464-8151 or e-mail cis_request@ccab.org along with the document to be translated.
- We will provide you with a price quote for the written work within 48 hours of receiving the document. Based on document length, we will contact you should we need more time.
