403(B) Retirement Plan

Employees have the opportunity to contribute to a Fidelity 403(b) retirement plan. Contributing benefit eligible employees will receive an employer match and all benefit eligible (even non-contributing) employees will receive an employer core contribution.

Life Insurance

All eligible employees will be enrolled in a fully paid life insurance plan offered by UNUM Provident.

Long-Term Disability

You can purchase Long-Term Disability through convenient payroll deductions.

Tax-Deferred Annuity Plans

These are voluntary plans designed to help the employee provide retirement income with current tax savings. Catholic Charities currently offers a choice of plans. Participation in these plans is entirely the choice of the employee.

Employee Assistance Program

Catholic Charities is happy to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by Work-Life Balance Employee Assistance Program. The Employee Assistance Program is a benefit provided to you and your family by Catholic Charities: all EAP services are provided to you free of charge and are strictly confidential.

Time off Benefits

Catholic Charities offers its benefit eligible employees three (3) weeks vacation, two (2) personal days, thirteen (13) holidays and ten (10) sick days.

Employee Development

Each employee of the agency will be encouraged to further his/her career development through academic study and skill development. Periodic agency-wide and office-specific training programs are offered by the organization at no cost to the employee. Additionally, with supervisors prior approval employees may be reimbursed for education and training of their choosing to the extent that agency resources allow for career related courses.
