Catholic Charities seeks a full-time Family Clinician for our Genesis II program in Newton. The Family Clinician will be responsible for providing counseling services for families and children at Genesis II.
Job responsibilities include scheduling appointments and preparation of clinical documentation. The Family Clinician must provide treatment that meets best practice standards that comply with the standards of BSAS / DPH. Candidate will also be responsible for maintaining all credentials and attend all mandatory training and staff meetings. The Clinician reports to the Clinical Director.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Must have experience in mental health, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis treatment; demonstrate diagnostic, and treatment planning skills; and the ability to use a wide variety of treatment techniques.
