Catholic Charities Refugee and Immigration Services located in South Boston is looking for a full-time Program Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals to support our clients. The Program Associate is responsible for assisting the Community Interpreter Services (CIS) program with administrative functions in a busy, high-volume setting.

The Program Associate will process all administrative tasks such as data entry into the interpreter scheduling database, filing and perform other duties as assigned.  The Program Associate will also work closely to assist the Finance department with the resolution of customer billing and interpreter payment issues, and during the close of the month assist with quality control.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience working in a busy office environment.  Or, an Associates degree with a minimum of one year of experience working in a busy office environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Global Interpreter Platform and in-house scheduling software is a plus.
Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and prioritize as needed.
Good communication and customer service skills, including pleasant phone manner.
Ability to function in fast-paced cross-cultural environment essential.
Must be able to work independently and part of a team. Fluent English required.
Bilingual ability a plus.
