Research-Based Curriculum
Our curriculum is designed to stimulate the growth of your child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Children learn best through play and discovery–and we use this philosophy as a framework for planning and implementing curriculum in your child’s classroom.
Accredited and Licensed
All of our centers are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and are licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC). Many of our family child care homes are accredited by the National Association of Family Child Care (NAFCC).

Yawkey Child Care, also known as the Yawkey Konbit Kreyol Center, is a diverse center-based community dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that invites children to use their senses to explore and develop a love of learning that will last a lifetime.
Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, healthy environment where children can grow and develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively. The curriculum is designed for stimulating the creativity, self-reliance, and imagination of young children.
The center serves children aged 6 weeks to 7 years with full-day, full-year care for families living or working in Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Roxbury, Roslindale, and other Boston neighborhoods.
Meals are prepared on site and served family style. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack are served daily.

The Lynn Child Care Center provides children with activities which help them develop and learn at their own pace. Academics, crafts, music, play, and creative activities are provided throughout the day. Every child enrolled in our program receives breakfast, lunch, and one snack daily.
The Center serves children aged 2 months to 7 years from Lynn, Nahant, and Saugus. It is a full-day, full-year child care center.

Our early childhood program is a full-time, full-year child care serving children ages 2.9 years through 7 years old. All children receive breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.
Our school-age program is a year-round program open to children ages 5 to 13 years. Children participate in arts and crafts, field trips, homework assistance, community projects, outdoor activities, and music. We are open most “Snow Days.”
The program serves children in Peabody, Salem, Beverly and Danvers.

Family Child Care North is a full-time, full-year family child care system. The North Shore family child care system serves children from 8 weeks – 6 years of age. It is open year-round, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. At the time of enrollment, specific hours of child care within this time frame will be arranged to meet your family’s needs.
