The Yawkey Center uses a case management approach to provide services based on family and children’s individual needs. Our comprehensive service model includes parenting education, job skills, family wellness, and other parent support services, as well as education and care addressing each child’s physical, intellectual, and social development, health and nutrition, linguistic and cultural needs.
The center serves children in age from 6 weeks to 7 years with full day, full year care for families living or working in Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Roxbury, Roslindale, and other Boston neighborhoods.
Meals are prepared on site and served family style. Breakfast, lunch, and snack are served daily.
Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Please contact us for the current rates. Yawkey accepts vouchers from the Department of Transitional Assistance. A limited number of subsidized slots from the Department of Early Education and Care are available.
