Spreading Easter Joy to Refugee and Immigrant Services Clients

We are proud to partner with some generous community organizations to distribute Easter baskets to children in our Refugee and Immigrant Services and Safe Passages programs.  Volunteers from Emmanuel College, Park Street Church, St. Ignatius of Loyola and Boston College’s Volunteer and Service Learning Center kindly put together beautiful baskets to help spread joy to our clients this Easter. In total, 9 families in our resettlement program and 32 families in our Safe Passages program received Easter Baskets to celebrate the holiday.

Easter treats in the baskets include candy, books in Spanish and English, stickers, stuffed animals, crayons, snacks and other fun gifts.

Please view photos of the baskets below.

Volunteers from Emmanuel College’s Community Outreach (ECCO) club, whose focus is on social justice service projects throughout Boston, packed these baskets for children in our Safe Passages program living in the Boston area.
